| may allow the creative use of socket extensions and swivels to get in there. Get the clamps tight enough to stay in place maybe 2 inches from the ends of the hose. Install the hose (make sure the ends are well warmed and lub'd) then loosen the clamps a bit and slide them into place. Lub'ing the outside of the hose with some wd-40 just before trying to slide them helps a lot too. Wait a day or so and re-tighten them again. PS - There are worm gear (stamped band) type clamps that won't cut into the hoses too.
